In a slump? Work can feel unclear and unmotivating when it is not properly aligned with our interests, motivations and skills. Many people follow paths that just do not fit. At BlankPage, we help change that by guiding people to better understand themselves and take the right next steps. Our work supports young learners, college students, and early career professionals. We create simple ways to explore, build plans, and move forward with purpose.

Meet Michele 

Michele Biamonte has spent over 25 years thinking about career exploration. She began her career in finance at J.P. Morgan, where she learned that people mattered more to her than numbers. This shift led her to focus on helping others grow and succeed. She worked in admissions at Harvard Business School for five years, reviewing applications, studying resumes, and conducting interviews. She saw many career paths and learned what helps people succeed across different fields. Michele earned her Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She focused on adult development, individual leadership and how people make key life choices. She studied how self-reflection and discovery can shape better decisions. She moved over to career development at Harvard Business School to support MBA students in finding paths and securing jobs that matched their goals and strengths. Today, she coaches clients, leads workshops, and speaks to groups about career growth, performance management and leadership. Now, Michele is hoping to connect with individuals even earlier in the career decision process. In her first children's book, Michele encourages young children to learn about different jobs, discover their unique interests and gifts, and create their own path toward the work they are meant to do. She is also working on several young adult projects (interactive fiction, novel, photobook) promoting self-discovery, optionality and action.
