What We Do

BlankPage offers a variety of workshops throughout the year, as well as, individual coaching by appointment.

Individual Coaching

In a world where there are more communication technologies, people report a decrease in the number of meaningful conversations they have with anyone. One-on-one coaching provides a space for engagement and ongoing dialogue through the self assessment, job search, decision making, and career management process – and we focus only on early career professionals. This is a great opportunity to get individual feedback on your resume / cover letter, complete a practice interview or devise a customized networking plan. Please contact coaching@iblankpage.com for information on our coaching services and tuition packages.

This concise but transformative workshop is designed for individuals to discover and explore possible career themes and paths. The exercise is based on the work of Harvard Business School fellow, Dr. Timothy Butler, and the focus of his bestseller, Getting Unstuck: How Dead Ends Become New Paths. Each participant will have the opportunity to explore fields of interest - and get feedback from peers via small group work regarding how these themes might translate into ‘best fit’ career paths and organizational environments.

Career Development: CareerLeader Assessment (2 hours)

This introductory workshop provides an opportunity to complete and better understand the CareerLeader self-assessment tool used by over 400 businesses and universities around the world and respected as being the most comprehensive business career development tool online. Michele Biamonte, who has been trained by Dr. Timothy Butler, co-creator of CareerLeader, will explain the methodology behind the tool and lead a discussion to help participants fully utilize their individual assessment results.

The workshop will include:

  • A customized professional report, including scores along interests, motivators, and abilities
  • A list of recommended best fit career paths
  • A discussion about corporate culture and work environments that might provide the optimal opportunity based on your individual assessment
  • An interactive exercise to help participants identify their personal career and job search "Achilles Heels"
